What makes a Roman blind different from a roller blind?
A Roman blind is made from a single piece of fabric that folds into soft horizontal pleats as it is raised, so it reads more like a curtain. A roller blind winds flat around a tube. Roman blinds tend to suit living rooms and bedrooms where you want a softer look.
Can Roman blinds be lined for warmth or blackout?
Linings are part of the choice, including options that block more light or add a little insulation. We will talk through which lining suits each room at the survey.
How much do Roman blinds cost?
It depends on the window size, the fabric and the lining. We measure at the free home survey and follow up with a written quote.
Do you fit Roman blinds as well as supply them?
Yes. We measure, make them to your dimensions and fit them ourselves, so one person is responsible from the first visit to the finished window.
