This policy explains what to expect from Shutterrific when we collect personal information from you – whether you contact us for a quote, book a free home survey, or simply browse this website. By using our services or this site, you accept the use of your data as set out here.
We only ever ask for information that is genuinely needed to give you a quote, arrange your survey, and fit your shutters or blinds properly.
What we collect and why
When you get in touch through our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property type and details of your project. We use this to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free home survey, and provide a quote.
If you go ahead with an order, we’ll also hold the details needed to carry out the survey, manufacture your shutters or blinds to the correct measurements, and arrange installation – such as your address and any specifics discussed at survey.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to function – for example, cookies set by WordPress (the software the site runs on) and by our enquiry form to prevent spam submissions. These are functional cookies only.
